Today I visited the Xfinity Store by Comcast and received very unprofessional service. The staff did not clearly explain my options and spoke to me in a rude manner. I wasted my time, left without a solution to my problem, and felt that they don’t care about their customers. I do not recommend this store and I will look for another company for my internet and phone services.

Stopped into the Xfinity store recently and had a great experience working with Luis Concepcion. I originally went in because I’ve been paying a fortune for my TMobile service and wanted to see what options were available. Come to find out, since I already have internet through Xfinity, I qualified for some really great savings on mobile service as well. Luis walked me through everything step by step, helped transfer number, and made the whole process smooth. The store was busy, but he clearly knew his stuff and kept things moving quickly. I was in and out without any issues! Overall a positive experience. We’ll definitely be going back soon to add a 2nd line and look forward to working with him again ✌🏻✌🏻

I went to Xfinity store to get my phone number transferred to a new account and I thought a guy named Shawn that works there was helping my father and I fix the issue we were having, the phone number still didn't get transferred. Told us it would have been done. If I could give this review 0 stars or negative stars I would. Then separate issue same day he told us we were getting a free table when my dad upgraded their TV plan ended up looking at the financial for it after he had signed for it, it was not free it was just spread out throughout the plan they had. We have been a Comcast customer for 10 plus years and they can never get my account and my father's account correct. I work in customer service myself I understand it's sales but don't tell someone it is free when you upgrade unless you specify it is spread out over the terms of the contract with whatever contract they had. Please talk to your team whoever owns this store because if you care about people or your families treat people better. I am upset about the situation and how when I read what my father was signing it was free included in the upgrade. Then after that he was charged for the tablet monthly. I completely u

Xfinity/Comcast is so fortunate to have Lou Concepcion as an in-house cable agent. They should clone him! He is so knowledgeable, super nice and super helpful. He made my stress filled day so much better. He listened to my issues and took action immediately! Lou is a tremendous asset to Xfinity. Xfinity/Comcast can elevate their image with this type of employee. I hope the "higher ups" value and compensate Lou for his numerous skills!
